🤝 Our Approach

At BCRS, we understand that from time to time, things may not go as planned.

When this happens, we will take all reasonable and lawful steps to resolve the matter in line with the CPA. Our goal is always for you to enjoy your order.

We ask that all communication remains calm, respectful, and solution-focused so that we can assist efficiently.


📦 1️⃣ Returns & Refund Eligibility

✔️ Standard Products

You may request a return only if:

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • All components are included and in resellable condition


⚠️ 2️⃣ Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Photos of packaging (outer and inner)

    • A short written description of the issue

Important Conditions:

  • Damage claims must include evidence at time of delivery

  • If no proof is provided, the claim may be declined

  • Our dispatch process includes quality checks and CCTV verification


🚚 3️⃣ Courier vs Collection (Risk & Liability)

Customers who choose courier delivery instead of collection accept that:

  • The courier is a third-party service provider

  • Risk may pass to the customer once the goods leave our premises (as permitted under the CPA)

Garage Guys does not accept liability for:

  • Courier damage

  • Delays or loss in transit

  • Courier handling or conduct

All courier-related claims must be supported by evidence on delivery.


🔁 4️⃣ Return Process

All approved returns must be sent to:

Requirements:

  • Item must be securely packaged

  • All original components must be included

  • Order details must be provided

Once received:

  • Inspection: 1–2 working days

  • Outcome: Replacement or store credit (in line with CPA)


💳 5️⃣ Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Return courier costs are for the customer’s account


🧱 6️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

🚨 Butchery, Catering & Refrigeration Suppliers accepts no liability whatsoever for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss


⚖️ 7️⃣ Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

This policy is applied in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the CPA.

Where the CPA requires:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

Butchery, Catering & Refrigeration Suppliers will comply accordingly.
